I started Rock Insider 5 years ago because I was tired of not having a voice. I worked in the music industry in Los Angeles and wanted to scream to the treetops about all the amazing music scene that was going on in LA. After constantly being turned down by A&R guys, music professionals, and the big suits I started Rock Insider – My outlet to the world. Some of the first bands I covered were Silversun Pickups, Cold War Kids, Sea Wolf, and Tapes N Tapes to name a few. After many changes Rock Insider eventually became a concert calendar for Los Angeles.
I still work in the music industry and manage a FABULOUS band called Avi Buffalo. When I’m not doing this blog I also run a 7 Inch Vinyl Label called JAXART Records, work at a management and concert promotions company, and play in a band called The Monolators.
To say “I’m Busy” is an understatement. I love music and I never want to do anything ELSE!!!!
